SIGMA ARK strives to provide high-quality gaming services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund might be warranted. This policy outlines our refund procedures and eligibility criteria.

2. Digital Nature of Services

Please be aware that our services are primarily digital in nature, including:

  • Server access subscriptions
  • In-game benefits and items
  • Digital currency or credits
  • Premium server features

Due to the immediate delivery and activation of digital services, most purchases are considered final and non-refundable once activated or used.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Unused subscription periods if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Charges made without authorization (subject to verification)
  • Services not delivered due to technical errors
  • Duplicate charges for the same service

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used or activated digital items and benefits
  • Subscription periods that have already begun
  • Services cancelled after the 24-hour cooling-off period
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Services suspended due to rule violations

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request

  • Decision within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

5. Payment Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Bank processing times are outside of our control
  • Any associated benefits or services will be revoked

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Server Issues

In cases of extended server downtime or technical issues:

  • Service time may be extended to compensate for downtime
  • Alternative compensation may be offered
  • Partial refunds may be considered for extended outages

6.2 Account Bans

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Accounts banned for rule violations
  • Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Voluntary account termination

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  • Submit an appeal through our Discord support channel
  • Provide additional evidence or documentation
  • Allow 5-7 business days for appeal review
  • Senior staff decisions are final
