3. User Accounts

  • Attempts to bypass bans will result in permanent exclusion

  • Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes

  • Permanent bans for serious violations
  • Character/tribe deletion for rule violations
  • Account termination in extreme cases

7.2. Appeal Process:

  • Appeals must be submitted through Discord
  • Include all relevant evidence and information
  • Decision of senior staff is final
  • False appeals may result in extended penalties

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
  • Not responsible for lost progress or items
