Terms of Service

3.1. Account Requirements:

• You must have a valid Steam account
• You must be at least 13 years of age
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security

3.2. Account Restrictions:

• One account per player
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Account selling or trading is not allowed
• Attempts to bypass bans will result in permanent exclusion

5.1. Purchases:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes
• Benefits are activated upon successful payment confirmation
• We reserve the right to modify prices with appropriate notice

5.2. Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be done 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Benefits cease upon subscription expiration

7.1. Violation Consequences:

• Warnings for minor infractions
• Temporary bans for moderate violations
• Permanent bans for serious violations
• Character/tribe deletion for rule violations
• Account termination in extreme cases

7.2. Appeal Process:

• Appeals must be submitted through Discord
• Include all relevant evidence and information
• Decision of senior staff is final
• False appeals may result in extended penalties

8.1. Service Availability:

• Services provided "as is" without guarantees
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• Not responsible for lost progress or items
• Server performance subject to various factors

8.2. Third-Party Services:

• Not responsible for Steam service issues
• Not liable for payment processor problems
• No responsibility for Discord service interruptions
